We are happy to offer free standard shipping within the contiguous US (48 States) for orders over $99.
For all other orders, we will contact the customer with a shipping quote before processing the order.
Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Most items usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. *
ReturnsIf the refund request is due to a product quality issue, we will send you a return label to return the product to us. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges.If the refund request is for any other reason, once your return request is approved, you may ship the order back to us using any carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). We do not provide return labels and you are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs incurred to ship your order to you. Just make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in brand new condition, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Credits can only be refunded to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made.
